What's the usual timeframe for getting an order ready to ship?
The preparation time for shipping can vary depending on the availability and complexity of your order. We will provide an estimated time frame at the time of your order.
What are your shipping/delivery options?
We are located in the Steveston-East area of the vibrant City of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. At present, local in-person pick up or drop off are the preferred methods of delivery. A nominal delivery fee applies to drop off locations in excess of 15 kms from our studio.
What are the typical shipping costs within Canada, and do you have a free shipping threshold?
If applicable, a quote on the shipping cost will be provided with your order. Currently we ship to Canadian addresses only, excluding postal boxes or depots. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have a refund policy?
As each ready-to-wear bag and accessory is carefully handmade with love (or custom-made to your specifications) with your unique requirements in mind, we do not accept requests for refunds.
Do you ship outside of Canada, and if so, what should international customers know about shipping costs and delivery times?
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We appreciate your understanding.
What is your warranty policy?
Our products are carefully made and inspected in detail prior to placing our brand on them. You can be assured that the best in quality and craftsmanship are applied to the product(s) you receive. In the rare case of material failure, please contact us via email to discuss your options.
